There are also those who like to keep the bags as a token when a special someone gives him/her a present. The style by which the paper bags were arranged on the wall is a good idea, thanks for sharing!closets Bergenhttp://www.closetsnbeyond.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31089463.post-14370063991864954222012-02-05T15:23:38.588-06:002012-02-05T15:23:38.588-06:00Such a pretty idea. Somehow it seems a crime to get rid of it. If I ever have a larger closet I might just use this idea :)The Daily Connoisseurhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13843902889491327636noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31089463.post-1382013305572573572012-01-10T15:51:43.255-06:002012-01-10T15:51:43.255-06:00looks so pretty. i have bags saved that i want to ...looks so pretty. i have bags saved that i want to frame in some way for a kids room.Sarahttp://www.craftsnob.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31089463.post-18067554892445317862011-11-21T22:38:03.508-06:002011-11-21T22:38:03.508-06:00I forgot to sign my comment that I entered earlier...I forgot to sign my comment that I entered earlier, anonymously - JaneAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31089463.post-54075404299443616882011-11-21T21:51:14.834-06:002011-11-21T21:51:14.834-06:00Pardon me but, designer bags are so...uhhh...well ...Pardon me but, designer bags are so...uhhh...well designed. They are works of art in themselves. Now I know just what to do with my beautiful little blue bag from Tiffany's, my precious white and black bag from Chanel and my shiny little gold bag from Godiva's. I knew I'd never throw them away. Framing them is just what they deserve. Have we changed that much from when we were kids and enjoyed the box as much as, if not more than, the toy? Thank you for the perfect idea :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31089463.post-86249124855927807552011-11-13T14:36:24.426-06:002011-11-13T14:36:24.426-06:00Great idea--I love it! xxBlissGreat idea--I love it! xxBlissAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31089463.post-64746621773346730852011-11-11T12:26:11.099-06:002011-11-11T12:26:11.099-06:00Omg, love this idea!! I haven't been able to part with my Stella McCartney for GapKids bag, though -- maybe I should frame it and put it in my kids' room!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31089463.post-23329438572116581182011-11-07T13:33:15.782-06:002011-11-07T13:33:15.782-06:00I've kept bags from memorable shopping trips, ...I've kept bags from memorable shopping trips, and this is a cute way of decorating with them in your closet in a private, just-for-you space.

There's nothing more inviting than an organized, pretty closet! Why wouldn't you decorate it? We have an ugly light fixture in ours, but on my 2012 DIY list is sourcing a pretty chandelier at a vintage flea market to hang in the closet.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31089463.post-15756575153505429932011-11-07T08:57:55.632-06:002011-11-07T08:57:55.632-06:00Elizabeth-Ha! I have some (okay, LOTS) of shopping bags stored in my pantry that I won't part with and won't reuse - some from Paris and Italy that are very pretty. Maybe I could try framing and hanging a few in my way too small closet that I share with my husband...I'll have to sort through my bags and see what I find.Adriennehttp://therichlifeonabudget.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
